بصفتة موظف دولي ورئيسا لبعثة دبلوماسية IGO بالتنسيق المتبادل مع المسؤولية الدولية والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية المختصة والتي قامت أيضًا بدورها المختص في جمع الاستدلالات  والأدلة ضد دولة الصين في تسببها  في هذا الوباء العالمي كورونا وجاري اتخاذ اللازم قانونا بالمحكمة الدولية المختصة  بلاهاي  لما اصاب المجتمع الدولي من أضرار بالغة
 In coordination with international responsibility, intergovernmental organizations and United Nations
we are calling for an investigation with the State of China and directing it directly for causing  this international catastrophe, which is the Corona epidemic for the following reasons: -
China has hidden the virus's announcement since it appeared on its territory in November 2019
China did not report the virus to other countries, despite knowing its danger, and did not alert the international community about the possibility of its spread
,did not take any precaution concerning communicating with other countries regarding round trip travel
(And so)
China has caused the epidemic to spread internationally
And caused the infection of the countries of the world, transmission of the virus and outbreaks of death
And it has caused -and still happening- an international crisis that hit the international community. Economically and developmentally, the death of millions, the spread of unemployment and poverty among the countries of the world.
Thus, this misdemeanor that China committed with concealing possible damage that has already occurred
It should have taken precaution for the sake of human safety everywhere, So China had committed negligent liability and grave error, which resulted in severe damage and is still continuing and can be increased, as it caused an international catastrophe that affected all parts of the earth
And it caused severe criminal results as a result of its mistake (it is a mistake that resulted in damages due to it directly from it) caused results and disasters that are impossible to overcome 
So
We will coordinate with relevant international authorities to legally sue the country of China
No one is above the law
according to the rule of enforcement and the rule of law ( tort liability)
In accordance with the provisions of international law. And international responsibility
